About
"My background in hosting personal development events reminds me how challenging it can be to reach your goals with limited resources. It brings me joy to know that I can support organizations to be successful with their marketing efforts in a way that I wish I had been supported many years ago.
In other life experiences, during my time working as the Director of Marketing for a national hotel chain, I gained firsthand knowledge of how challenging it can be to manage the societal expectations that are required of those in the marketing industry. If we can take even a portion of the marketing job off an organization's shoulders to help them be successful, that makes my heart sing every time.
It is important to me that no matter what we do in the world, we do it to improve ourselves and those around us. When our team is hired for a job, we are being hired to be a leader in our industry, therefore, our team (including our vetting specialists outside of our organization) all take the leadership pledge before taking on a project:
